Victor Ray Blackmon, 73, born in Florence, South Carolina, is being recognized for serving the United States Air Force (1970-1974) during the Vietnam War, receiving his BBA in Accounting at the University of Houston, and finishing his days heading his own CPA Firm in Franklin, Texas.

Vic is survived by his wife, Joyce Blackmon; five children, Christina, Garrett, Rachel, Evan, and Ethan Blackmon; two brothers, Rodney Blackmon and Scott Bragg. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Cyril Blackmon and Joan Bragg; and three brothers, Dale, Charles and Mike Bragg.

A memorial gathering will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Brazos Cotton Exchange, 200 South Main Street, 3rd Floor, Bryan, Texas 77803 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
