Francisco "Frank" Perez

We are saddened to announce the separation of Francisco Perez, Sr.

Born on October 4th, 1944, in Hammonds, Texas to Doroteo and SanJuana Perez.

In his last 44 years he lived in Hearne, Texas with his wife Ramana James.

Frank was blessed with 80 years of life until he passed away on June 27, 2025, and rested at home until his final day.

Frank was a God-fearing man, jack of all trades, most awesome character, funny, loving, loyal very down-to-earth kind of man. He loved climbing trees to cut them down, and he never fell, he was just like a monkey, no fear at all 😊

He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Doroteo and SanJuana Perez, 2 daughters and 1 son, Sylvia Perez, LoriAnn Perez, and Francisco (Kiki) James, 4 brothers: Joaquin, Abel, Juan, Filimon Perez, 6 sisters: Ramana Reyes, Carmen Paves, Dominga Duran, Refruijia Perez, Dorotea Perez, and Adelia Martinez.

He is survived by his wife, Ramona James, sibling, SanJuana Montelongo, 4 daughters, Mary Alice Walton, Treasure Williams, Francisco Perez Jr., Irene Wesley, Lorien Perez, Fabian Perez, Alexander Perez. 27 grandchildren, 88 great grandchildren, 12 great-great grandchildren.

From Texas to Colorado Frank was loved by so many people, his family and his friends. Everywhere he went they showed him love and was always greeted him with open arms. Being around him was never a dull moment.

First, I want to say Thank You, God for sharing with us all and to his lovely hearted wife, Ramana James for all her support and never giving up on him, stood by his side and gave it her all. We love you so much, thank you.

Also, to these 2 special women that cared for him, Melinda (AIDE) and Sandra (RN), your help was very much appreciate, you did a wonderful job with Frank. He loved you all so much. Thank you for never giving up on him.

He always knew he was in God’s hands and like he always said, “From dust we were formed to dusted we will return.”
