Dominic Anthony Salvaggio

Dominic Anthony Salvaggio, 72 passed away peacefully into the arms of our Lord on November 30, 2025.

 Dominic was born in Hearne, Texas on April 12, 1953, to Martha Beatrice Lewis and Tony Salvaggio. He was the second born to Tony and Martha and was the only son and brother to his sisters, Linda, Vita, Therese, and Margaret.

Dominic graduated from Hearne High School class of 1971. He then went on to further his education at Texas A&M University and received his degree in Engineering.

Dominic was preceded in death by his parents, Martha Beatrice Lewis and Tony Salvaggio; sister Linda Esquibel and Vita Salvaggio Othick, grandparents, Dominic Tony “DT” and Vita Falco Salvaggio, and Willie Elma Smith and Jot Franklin Lewis.

He leaves behind his children Tony Joseph Salvaggio (Rain) from Austin, and Paula Salvaggio of Farmersville; Granddaughter Celestial Garrett and three Great Grandchildren, Ella, Ava, and Cade; Sisters, Therese Estes (Mike), and Margaret Salvaggio; Nieces, Megan (James) Collins, Kaleigh Estes (Devan), Dorothy Greenwade (Richard), Brianna Hoskins (Tony) and Suezan Yielding (Joshua); Nephews, Corbin Estes (Rylie), Tony Estes, Isaac Moore and Christopher Salvaggio; and many great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are as follows for Thursday, December 4, 2025.

10 a.m. Visitation with Rosary at 11 a.m. with the service following directly after, and the graveside following at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.

All arrangements are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Hearne.
